Custom virtual studio
Because we’ve developed our own virtual spaces and software, we can tweak it however we like. We can add your logo, identity colours, fonts etc making sure you are recognisable for your audience. Setup and location
So, can your speakers present from anywhere in the world. Absolutely. Though it has to be said that for the best result, we prefer to invite speakers to our studio in Utrecht. That way, they’re in direct contact with the host and our event managers who will guide them through the event. Also in the case of helping speakers perform on an online stage. Did you have an event in mind with multiple speakers and break-out sessions? Nooooo problem. With our control room we make sure the audience can easily (and user-friendly might we add) switch rooms. We create visitor friendly guest journeys.
