In February 2017, Deloitte hosted a brand new premium event in the Fokker Terminal: Data with a View. Taking 500 of her clients on an inspiring journey to become an Insight Driven Organisation. FX Agency was asked to partner-up, to create this journey for the visitors before, during, and after the event.
We visualised the story around the key visual. The animation shows the continuous challenge organisations face in finding a balance between data regulation and data analytics. This story set the foundation for the whole creative concept. We let the journey of the attendees start with the event web app. Prior to event day, this app contained their personal e-ticket and a tailored program. Continuing to the venue, visitors found their way to the plenary room through an illuminated entrance, made of an impressive LED floor. The plenary room allowed a one of a kind stage setup: three massive round projection screens and an enormous set of lights. And needless to say: spectacular screens require spectacular video and presentation content. So, that’s exactly what we did.
