Our client Deloitte has been an expert in this field for years. However, when it comes to storytelling and ensuring the message really sticks, you need an event that's larger than life. That's where we come in.

A green venue

The 2023 Responsible Business Summit was all about creativity and innovation. To reach our intended goals, we needed to challenge our client - and think outside the box. After all, how else do you gather 55 senior business leaders from the largest companies in the Netherlands for the Summit?

First and foremost, strategic venue selection was crucial. We opted for the Bimhuis in Amsterdam, conveniently located near Central Station. Not just for its convenience, but also for its sustainability. Every aspect of the event went green: from material selection to resource management. We wanted the audience to be immersed in the theme from the moment they set foot in the venue. Thus, we adorned the space with inspiring quotes and stories, featuring a gigantic compass at the center of the stage - a symbol of uncertain times.

Personal stories and open dialogues

Setting the tone for the event required an opening that was truly special. And that's exactly what we delivered: through the magic of music. A symphonic opening with an orchestra provided an impressive start and captivated the audience from the very first second. Instead of traditional keynote speakers, we opted for personal stories and open dialogues. This was to engage all attendees - mainly members of the boardroom and executive committees - in the discussion. Encouraging them not only to listen but also to share their own stories.

Engaging in open and honest conversations not only provided us with valuable insights but also made our audience feel like they were part of the event - rather than just spectators. To drive behavioral change, we concluded with an interactive session. A moment to reflect on the topic and discuss how to integrate responsible entrepreneurship into their daily professional endeavors.

Immersive Experience

The primary goal of the Responsible Business Summit was to center everything around opportunities. To make a significant positive impact for all involved businesses and to empower and inspire leaders to take the next steps towards responsible decision-making. And we succeeded.
