Physically impossible, so we organised the online management conference Leading Together. A three-day interactive event with plenty of space to exchange ideas and inspire each other.
The COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on our business. That makes it even more important for senior leadership to get together and exchange ideas and inspiration. But how do you do that, in times of travel restrictions?
Diverse, interactive and challenging
Every great event has great content. We've worked closely together with Ahold Delhaize on a show that would engage our online users for three days in a row. We've ensured the right mix between information and fun by alternating presentations with interaction, entertaining videocontent and challenges.

The journey began with a personal video invitation from the executive committee. Attendees also received a box at their doorstep with everything they could need during the event. By doing so we not only got everyone excited but made sure they felt part of the event. That allowed us to turn viewers into engaged users.
Using our own event application reply.live we made it possible for visitors to respond, send pictures, play games and have a conversation with speakers and each other in our live chat.
